Yes! We deliver to all counties in Kenya. Delivery costs and times vary depending on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery then takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on opened bales. However, if you receive the wrong bale, a severely misgraded one, or an unopened bale, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence for us to resolve the issue fairly.
We recommend starting with a Grade B (Standard) Mixed Bale (e.g., Unisex or Ladies’). It offers the best balance of quality, price, and variety, allowing you to learn the market without a huge initial investment.
